YNOT — Adult affiliate program BlazingBucks is touting star performer Bree Olson’s recent win at the 2012 X-Rated Critics Organization [XRCO] Awards, which was held at the Hollywood & Highland Center. Olson won for the category of Mainstream Adult Media Favorite. Dylan Ryder, also a star performer with BlazingBucks, co-hosted the event with Kayden Kross.
“I am so happy to have won the XRCO Award for crossing over into the mainstream world,” said Olson. “It means a lot to me to be recognized for the sacrifices I made to leave adult work and pursue a dream I am passionate about, which is acting.”
Olson skyrocketed into the mainstream media’s radar when it was revealed that she had become one of Charlie Sheen’s infamous “Goddesses.” Capitalizing on this attention, Olson went on to show her support for Invisible Children by filming the now-viral “Naked for Kony” video, which featured Olson posing suggestively on a Los Angeles beach in a bikini.
“I am so thrilled that my ‘Naked for Kony’ video to support the Kony 2012 movement has received more than half a million views,” Olson said. “It was great to be able to contribute awareness to a current event that moves me.”
Although Olson has retired from adult productions, she is still active in entertainment. The performer is filming a comedic music video called “Hollywood Douchebag” that will be available in May on iTunes. She is also pursuing projects in mainstream acting and event hosting.
