Char Borley Joins Pineapple Support as Brand Ambassador
Adult industry mental health nonprofit Pineapple Support has announced the appointment of Char Borley as the organization’s latest brand ambassador. In the announcement, Pineapple Support noted that the entrepreneur, model, and digital creator “joins a growing team of ambassadors dedicated to advocating for mental health awareness and performer support within the adult industry.”
Pineapple Support also observed that Borley has “built a global platform that spans social media, tech, and entertainment, connecting with millions worldwide.”
Borley said that as an ambassador for the mental health support organization, “I’m proud to advocate for open conversations, accessible support, and real change in how we care for mental wellbeing.”
“My journey has taught me the importance of mental health, especially in high-pressure, high-visibility industries,” Borley added. “Through my role, I aim to empower others by using my platform to break stigma and help create a safe, inclusive space for healing and hope.”
Founded by British performer Leya Tanit in 2018 after a tragic series of losses within the adult industry community stemming from depression and other mental health struggles, Pineapple Support is a qualified 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. To date, the organization reports that it has “connected over 16,000 adult performers to free and low-cost therapy, counseling, and emotional support.”
“Char’s global reach and authentic passion for mental health make her an invaluable addition to our ambassador program,” Tanit said. “Her voice resonates with a wide audience, and her commitment to destigmatizing mental health care is a powerful force for change within and beyond the adult community.”
