MARINA DEL REY, Calif. – Chanel Preston was selected by AVN Media Network to be a trophy girl for the 2011 AVN Award Show. The coveted job will position Preston in front of thousands of people at the show and millions watching the Showtime network’s exclusive coverage.The 2011 AVN Award Show will take place Jan. 8 at the Pearl Theater inside Las Vegas’ Palms Casino Resort.
