MONTREAL, CANADA – Braincash has announced the acquisition of competing sponsor program SteeleCash. Through this move, Braincash becomes the exclusive sponsor for Lexington Steele and his official web site. Braincash will take over all of SteeleCash’s operations including its membership sites and affiliate base.Prior to this acquisition, both Braincash and SteeleCash were promoting Lexigton Steele content and sites, leading to some confusion as to which program offered the “official” Lexington Steele site.

“This is something I was really looking forward to,” said Braincash owner Fred Valiquette. “We wanted to eliminate any confusion webmasters had in regards to Lex’s official web site. It is now clear for everyone that Lex’s home on the web is Braincash”.

Braincash has not yet disclosed specifics about how the SteeleCash assets will be integrated, saying that “specific announcements concerning details will be published in due time,” according to a company press release. Affiliates of both programs are invited to contact Braincash’s support if they have questions about the transaction.

BrainCash is also home to PeterNorth.com, ChristineYoung.com and brand-specific sites for video production companies Doghouse Digital and Silverstone Video. Braincash also signed a deal with DVSX in June, making Braincash the exclusive online distributor of DVSX content.
