Acclaimed director Jacky St. James directs “Sexual Tension,” starring Naomi Swann, Silvia Saige, Scarlit Scandal, Liv Revamped, Quinton James, Isiah Maxwell, Rod Jackson and Robby Echo in four scenes of hardcore sex.
