MONTREAL – Erik Bellavance has been named director of marketing for a network of affiliate programs and membership websites.
In his new position, Bellavance will handle affiliate relations and social media marketing for Your Paysite Partner, a new corporate identity formed by the merger of several affiliate programs in December 2013. According to the owner of the program, Bellavance’s knowledge and experience within the alternative payment sector will allow him to assist affiliates in monetizing their European assets.
“I am so happy to be working alongside Kenny, Jim [Williams] and the whole team at YPP,” Bellavance said. “I have some big shoes to fill, but thankfully Jim has been fantastic at teaching me the ropes.
“Working with programs covering such a wide variety of niches will prove challenging, but who wouldn’t be excited to work with some of the hottest porn stars one day, then smoking pregnant girls in diapers the next?” he added. “I come into work eager to learn and share my knowledge, and I look forward to the challenges and opportunities that come with the new job.”
Bellavance replaces former director of marketing Jim Williams, who was promoted to programs manager. Williams will oversee partner relations for the company’s nine affiliate programs.
“Jim has done a fantastic job over the past two years,” YPP owner Kenny B. said. “I couldn’t be happier to give him this promotion. Erik is extremely motivated and a great addition to our team. His experience as an affiliate and having worked in the billing sector gives him a head start at his new role here.”
