SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. – This weekend, BasisDX, the makers of the only PASS-certified at-home testing kits, are heading to the nation’s capital to appear at EXXXOTICA DC, where show attendees and performers will get “their first (or possibly second) introduction to their testing kits,” the company said.
“Dr. K and the booth babes will staff the BasisDx booth at EXXXOTICA DC – they’re ready to educate and entertain adult performers and creators, lifestylers, and other show attendees about the Pro13 and Comprehensive 8 testing kits and the importance of knowing their STI status,” the company said in announcing the upcoming trip. “Additionally, they’ll have demos of the new Comfort Collect Device to show it’s faster, has little to no mess, is virtually painless, ensures complete collection with minimized lab rejects and is FDA-approved.
“Everyone who stops by the booth and purchases a test can also score some BasisDx swag, including caps, bags, cutoff tees, hoodies, and stickers,” the company added.
While at the convention, “Sex Party with Dustin Rybka” will broadcast live from EXXXOTICA at the BasisDx booth and interviewing adult stars and creators on the showroom floor during the three-day event.
BasisDx and Pro13 are also sponsoring the EXXXOTICA Seminar Series and will offer seminars of their own, according to the announcement.
“Ready to educate and entertain Dr. K and Dustin’s seminars are all about reducing the stigma for STI testing and the tools you need to stay safe in your sexual health journey,” BasisDx said. “Friday, from 6:30pm to 7:10 pm, they’ll host Fuck Like Pro. Test Like a Pro. Saturday’s seminar, Safe Sex Is Good Sex, is from 4:20pm to 5:05pm. And Sunday’s Fuck Like a Pornstar & Test Like One, Too is from 2pm to 3pm.”
BasisDx Founder and CEO Dr. K noted that “EXXXOTICA New Jersey was huge for us.”

This year, EXXXOTICA DC is being held at the Dulles Expo Center located at 4320 Chantilly Shopping Center, Chantilly, VA 20151.
