ASACP Honors BongaCams, Gamma Entertainment, GFY as Featured Sponsors for February

ASACPASACP, the Association of Sites Advocating Child Protection, is pleased to name BongaCams, Gamma Entertainment, and GFY as Featured Sponsors for February 2023.

ASACP’s Featured Sponsors rank among the digital media industry’s most respected companies. These industry leaders demonstrate how corporate responsibility, ethical business practices, and several simple technical measures can help protect minors and other sensitive users from accidental exposure to age-restricted materials online.

As a nonprofit association, ASACP relies on the continued support of the companies and organizations willing to assume a proactive leadership role in the fight to protect children from online harm.

“ASACP’s family of sponsors highlight the industry’s efforts to protect the innocence of youth,” said ASACP Executive Director Tim Henning. “These market leaders work in unison to safeguard children while improving the online experience for adults.”

ASACP’s ongoing successes are made possible by its sponsors’ generous guidance and support. From free child protection resources to market-specific Best Practices, and a comprehensive Code of Ethics for app and age-restricted website publishers, ASACP provides the tools that companies need to keep minors out of and away from age-restricted content. Positioned at the pinnacle of ASACP’s achievements is its RTA (Restricted To Adults) meta-labeling system that prevents children’s access to adult-oriented web pages and apps; and its CP Reporting Tipline, which has processed more than 1.25 million reports to date.

As with all ASACP services, these tools are available thanks to the generosity of its sponsors, such as February’s Featured Sponsors — BongaCams, Gamma Entertainment, and GFY.

BongaCams

As a trusted ASACP Title Sponsor since 2016, live adult cam platform BongaCams takes the protection of children online very seriously.

“Since children might not only visit adult content websites but also attempt to become paid performers, we take extra care to ensure they do not receive this opportunity,” said a BongaCams spokesperson. “Our collaboration with ASACP is based on BongaCams’ aspiration to prevent child exploitation on the internet, and we do our best to secure their safety online.”

“BongaCams strictly prohibits streaming or uploading pedophilic content and takes on the obligation to contact relevant authorities if such activity is suspected. Thanks to ASACP’s support, the general public can report on any questionable content and thus minimize the spread of child pornography,” the spokesperson explained. “The service provided by ASACP is fully anonymous, so BongaCams’ visitors can feel safe reporting any suspicious videos — and therefore the fight against child exploitation will be maximally effective.”

Gamma Entertainment

An ASACP Corporate Sponsor that has supported the association since 2006, Montreal-based Gamma Entertainment illustrates the commitment the adult entertainment industry’s most prominent players make towards keeping children out of and away from adult entertainment.

Spearheaded by its flagship website at Gammae.com, Gamma has grown from a home-based business with a single site to become a significant force within the adult industry, boasting nearly 60 full-time employees. Gamma attributes its growth to the use of cutting-edge technology and adherence to four basic principles: honesty, respect, reliability, and an up-front way of doing business, as the bedrock of its ongoing success.

Gamma demonstrates its leadership by using the RTA website meta-label to protect its sites and donating rack space for two ASACP-owned servers located in the Gamma data center — providing useful material, technical, and financial support for the association.

GFY

An In-Kind Media Sponsor since 2021, GFY.com is known for its lively community and uncensored discussions. GFY features a range of dedicated message boards devoted to topics ranging from casual commentary to in-depth adult and mainstream business discussions. In addition, educational forums, along with marketplaces for content, jobs, services, traffic, and more, round out the GFY experience.

Entering its 24th year, GFY’s “Where the Industry Meets” tagline underscores its value as a veteran resource, event host, and touchpoint for the digital media business.

“ASACP appreciates BongaCams, Gamma Entertainment, and GFY for their commitment, generosity, and leadership in supporting the association and its mission to keep children out of and away from adult-oriented content,” Henning concluded. “ASACP’s sponsors are building a better future for the industry and for society’s most vulnerable members. We thank them for this and encourage others to support our efforts on behalf of the children.”
