BUDAPEST – The Budapest edition of AOE Expo is a scant few weeks away and the operators of Europe’s “leading adult trade event” have assembled an extensive array of seminars, networking events, and parties, all set against the backdrop of an increasingly popular tourist destination.AOE Budapest takes place on November 9th and 10th, with the associated but distinct “AOE Webmasters: Budapest” event taking place on November 11th.
Just as the “twin cities of Buda and Pest amalgamated to create a greater whole,” AOE Expo stated in a press release issued today, so to can the online and mobile markets combine to provide “new revenue streams, enhanced customer retention and new, alternative billing solutions.”
“The thrust of the show is to focus on this convergence of Internet, mobile, and increasingly TV,” the AOE release states. “AOE Budapest is where site owners, webmasters, and content owners learn how to optimize the value of their business.”
Registration for a “bronze pass” to the AOE Expo is free prior to Monday, October 30. Those wishing to obtain a free bronze pass simply need to register online at www.aoexpo.com prior to the deadline.
According to the AOE release, highlights of the show will include an “International Legal & Regulatory Summary” to explore the impact of the UK’s Obscene Publications Act; seminars on mobile applications entitled “Delivering Online Video to 750 Million Cellphones” and “Converting Internet Traffic into Mobile Customers,” seminars on “Enhanced Content and Services” and a “Premium Content Billing & Protection” forum.
Additional, more “in-depth” sessions will be open to Silver and Gold show-pass holders, according to the AOE release. These sessions will cover topics like adult mobile TV and video services, content access controls and age verification, and “Mobilizing your content: What Do You Need to know?”
The conference also offers a bar and lounge area for networking, sponsored by Adult Webmaster Empire, Interclimax, Commerce Gate, HotMovies, Intermax, Netpond & SEXMoney. The area is open to all registered participants of AOE and will feature “Top DJ, entertainment, refreshments, company presentations and the much anticipated ‘Miss AOE Parade of Angels,’” according to the AOE press release.
