AUCKLAND, NZ – A new service offering users a forum in which to buy and sell backlinks has launched. Among the chief benefits the service touts is anonymity on both ends of the transaction.
A spokesperson indicated LinkUrPorn.com was founded by people with experience in search engine optimization who wanted to address a continuing source of frustration.
“After several years in the SEO business for clients in the adult industry, we always encountered the same problem: getting quality adult backlinks,” the spokesperson said. “Webmasters rarely publish their contact information on their blogs and pages. WhoIs requests lead nowhere. At the beginning of 2013 we sat together with the owner of a well-known non-adult platform for sponsored backlinks, and together we created a new platform for the adult entertainment industry.”
A statement on the website notes that the folks behind LinkUrPorn “take anonymity very serious[ly]: The whole process assures absolute anonymity. We will never disclose the names of publisher or advertiser and take great care that no clues to their iden[ti]ty are revealed.”
The service does not evaluate participating domains; instead it provides statistics like SEO visibility, Alexa ranking and domain popularity to help webmasters make their own decisions about where their dollars should go. LinkUrPorn also allows each participating webmaster to set his or her own pricing by soliciting bids for available backlinks.
Signing up for the service is free. LinkUrPorn keeps 30 percent of all transactions arranged through the service and monitors backlinking campaigns to ensure the links remain active for one year. Payouts to sellers occur monthly.
