The 13-minute and 8-second scene begins with Maddie Cross in a luxurious hotel room and speaking on the phone. Angel enters the scene in a striking red dress to find Maddie reclining on the bed, setting the stage for a smoking hot exchange.

Taking on the role of a nurse making house calls, Angel’s character inquires about Maddie’s well-being. Maddie shares that she has been “feeling odd,” attributing it to her solitude in Vegas. Angel’s professional and caring demeanor shines through as she assures Maddie and introduces a unique treatment to alleviate her discomfort.

The scene evolves as Angel prepares her signature “treatment,” returning in thigh high fishnets, heels, and an impressive strap on.

Maddie giggles excitedly and offers a nice view from behind as she leans forward to blow Angel before spinning around and allowing Angel to mount her from behind.

Angel then prescribes a course of treatment where Maddie is tied up and blindfolded. Nurse Angel says the blindfold will help with the treatment because Maddie won’t know what is going to happen, but also expresses her trust in Angel because Angel is a professional.

As Maddie reclines on the bed, Angel picks up the pace, fingering Maddie to a climax, with Angel coaching her the entire time that this is an extremely beneficial part of the treatment.
