Gorgeous adult film starlet Alexa Payne is thrilled to announce that she will greet fans at the world-famous AVN Adult Entertainment Expo (AEE) in Las Vegas.
A small town girl from northeast Texas, the raven-haired beauty was a high school track star, cheerleader and member of the drill team before joining the World of X.
This appearance marks Payne’s first AVN Expo visit and coincides with her nomination in the 2024 AVN Awards, in the category Hottest Newcomer.
“I’m excited to meet my fans at AEE, and feel so honored that they nominated me for Hottest Newcomer,” said Payne. “I look forward to personally thanking them all for voting for me daily.”

Payne also encouraged fans to give her one last push in the AVN Awards’ fan voting, saying, “It would mean the world to me if everyone me kept on voting for me in the AVN Fan Awards!”
The public is invited to vote for their favorite performers, cam models and creators in each Fan-Voting category until the deadline at noon on Saturday, January 27, 2024—the same day as the 41st annual AVN Awards Show, which Payne will also attend.
Fans can cast their vote by clicking on Alexa Payne’s photo on the ‘Hottest Adult Newcomer’ category page, and may vote for her every day through January 27.
