Event organizers behind the Italian Affiliate EXPO recently announced that the 2021 trade event has been postponed. The show is now planned for November, 2021.
“Given the protracted state of emergency to cope with the COVID-19 pandemic and the pursuing of our commitment to take all the necessary precautionary measures, we are forced to postpone Affiliate EXPO 2021 to November 5-7, 2021,” a rep stated.
For those who have already purchased a(n) basic, standard, all-inclusive or VIP ticket, the event will be guaranteed in-person on these new dates. For all the tickets purchased from now moving forward, the event will be live streamed — making this a hybrid event (online and in-person).
“For now, we cannot allow the purchase of tickets in attendance,” the rep explained. “We reserve the right to reopen the sale of tickets if the conditions allow it. Streaming tickets that will be purchased from now on can be converted into tickets in attendance if the conditions allow it.”
Event organizers stated that, “We want Affiliate EXPO 2021 to be a success — but, first of all, we want the serenity and healthiness of each of our participants, speakers, partners and sponsors.”
“In agreement with the competent authorities, we are not sure whether the current climate is the right one and, given the circumstances, we think it would be irresponsible to do otherwise,” they stated. “The health and safety of each of our guests are and must remain our top priorities.”
The location and structure of the event remain unchanged.
Anyone who has booked a hotel room through the Affiliate EXPO’s all-inclusive and/or VIP packages or through their contacts will have the reservation automatically postponed to the new dates of the event. All those who have reserved their room in other ways must personally contact the hotel and ask for a change of dates for Affiliate EXPO 2021 at the following number: 06 5083 4111.
