YNOT – Fanstalker describes its new MobiDEEP as a “stealth app” for adult content. According to Fanstalker founder and adult performer Sabrina Deep, the Android application remains invisible on a mobile device until its owner invokes the interface by typing in a secret code.
“The mobile phone is one of the most personal items we carry around, but it’s also the most exposed to the external world: kids at home, partners, friends, colleagues at work, even strangers have had access to our mobile phone at least once,” Deep said. “It’s pretty normal that mobile owners want to keep a certain kind of content on their phone to a minimum. But with MobiDEEP and its stealth system, someone can finally enjoy a multi-featured, dynamic adult application on their phone while keeping it discreet and private.
“We call [the technology] PMS system or Protected Mobile Sex system, and we believe it’s going to set a standard in the soon-to-expand adult apps market,” she added.
According to Deep, nobody besides the device’s owner can find or launch a PMS app when it’s in invisible mode: The app’s owner can watch adult content, download videos and pictures or hide images and videos shot with the device’s onboard camera. Any videos and pictures handled by MobiDEEP are invisible even to other apps on the device, Deep said.
“We didn’t just want to code the best adult app for Android,” said Fanstalker Special Products Executive Fabio Yallop. “We wanted also to make it safe to use. We believe that people [of legal age] have the right to make adult choices, and the freedom of installing adult applications on their mobile phones should be defended, as long as it does not break any laws. Equally, though, it’s paramount that X-rated app developers invest time, money and resources to equip their product with security features aimed at keeping it out of the reach of children and other individuals who might find mature content disturbing.”
Yallop also said the product could go a long way toward changing content policies at app stores like Google Play.
“MobiDEEP has been developed with safety and privacy in mind, and we believe that this, in turn, could be a milestone towards rethinking Google Play policy about adult apps,” he said. “We can and should work together to raise app safety standards while we continue to treat adults as such.”
MobiDEEP is free and available for download at Fanstalker.com/MobiDEEP. In addition to its other capabilities, the app incorporates a feature called Adultstar GPS, which allows users to track Deep’s location. An “untraceable slideshow player” plays Deep’s videos and images accompanied by a user-selected soundtrack, and a 3D flipping news gadget provides real-time updates about Deep’s activities and schedule. The app also includes a direct link to Deep’s phone, for private conversations when she’s available.
