PATTAYA, Thailand – Neil Herrin, AKA “Vanilla,” is this week’s guest on the Adult Site Broker Talk podcast, show host Bruce the adult site broker announced today.
“If Kenny Powers and Johnny Lawrence created a video game studio, it would be The Vanilla Gaming Company,” the announcement said in describing Herrin’s company. “Their games are riddled with comedy, style, and most importantly, attitude.”
Herrin started the Vanilla Gaming Company in 2020. Shying away from controversy doesn’t appear to be part of the company’s strategy.
“In an era where comedy is the villain, and everyone gets offended over the simplest of jokes, they’re unapologetic in their comedic approach, and they vow to stand against those who look to suppress freedom of speech, specifically comedy,” the announcement adds. “In other words, they’re going to make their jokes whether you like it or not. You can either laugh and have a good time or shut the fuck up and move along.”
Since the company’s founding, it has launched Retro Knock-Out, a Mike Tyson Punch-Out parody game Herrin said “is the first game in history to feature an adult film star,” Nickey Huntsman, who played herself with full voice-over work, original art, and offered as a playable character.
Herrin is currently working on a “VanillaBeast” game franchise that “tells his life story across multiple video games in a comedic fashion.”
The line includes VanillaBeast: Mystery Kink, a “Scooby-Doo parody game” featuring Blake Blossom, Jewel De’Nyle, Kiki D’Aire, and Nickey Huntsman. The game can be found on Steam here.
According to the announcement, Herrin “prides himself on using comedy to create fun and enjoyable games that don’t push agendas or politics down your throat and allow gamers to sit back and laugh and be entertained without all the microtransactions and nickel-and-dime game formats you see all too often these days.”
“This was Neil’s second time on the podcast, and the first time was even better than the first,” Bruce said. “It’s a great episode.”
