New on Adult Site Broker Talk: Kaytlin Bailey of Old Pros
PATTAYA, Thailand – Kaytlin Bailey of Old Pros is this week’s guest on the Adult Site Broker Talk podcast, the show announced today.
A writer, comedian and performer, the announcement noted that Bailey is a “sought-after, globally recognized leader in the sex worker rights movement.” Bailey is the Founder and Executive Director of Old Pros, a nonprofit organization dedicated to sex worker rights, and the host of The Oldest Profession Podcast.
Bailey is currently touring The Oldest Profession, described as “a comedic mad dash through 10,000 years of history from a sex worker’s perspective.” Last year, Bailey took the show to 25 cities across 10 countries.
As the announcement explained, after spending 2 years as the communications director for Decriminalize Sex Work, “it became clear to her that they weren’t going to get good policy on this issue unless they changed the stories they tell about the oldest profession.”
Bailey founded Old Pros in 2020, using “history and humor to reach a mainstream audience and persuade the persuadable.”
Bailey’s work has been featured on ABC, HBO, Lifetime, and Reason. She has been quoted in The New York Times, Rolling Stone, The Washington Post, The Boston Globe, New York Post, The Village Voice, The Nation, Reason, Politico, and on NBC. She has written op-eds for HuffPo, The Daily Beast, Vice, and Reason magazine, and been a guest to discuss sex worker rights on Fox Business, Sirius XM, Yale Law School, Penn State, Brown, Binghamton, Berkeley, UNLV, and UCLA.
“Kaytlin is an incredible advocate for sex worker rights,” said Bruce the adult site broker, host of the show and CEO of Adult Site Broker. “I really enjoyed our conversation and hearing about all of her amazing projects.”
