PATTAYA, Thailand – Adult Site Broker (ASB) launched its newly upgraded website Tuesday, designed to offer more intuitive navigability to facilitate easier and smoother transaction of business to its clients, the company said in its launch announcement.
“As the most experienced and most used adult website brokering company, we felt it was time to upgrade our website to something much nicer,” said Bruce Friedman, CEO of ASB.
The new site lays out the straightforward process of working with ASB, which starts with providing the company with three years of financial records for the website/company being sold and the signing of a nondisclosure agreement.
Adult Site Broker then assesses the value of the property being offered based on those financials and other metrics, including traffic. Assuming the seller accepts the brokerage’s valuation of the property, Adult Site Broker then drafts a broker agreement, the seller signs and ASB gets to work on finding a buyer.
Properties currently being sold through ASB include a “rapidly growing Bukkake paysite” first established in 2015 with a $158,000 asking price, a “premium tube site” with a substantially enhanced back-end priced at $125,000 and a swinger’s community site with a database of 380,000 registered users that’s available for $275,000.
Adult Site Broker also recently announced the launch of a new podcast, Adult Site Broker Talk, which features “tips and tricks on how to buy or sell an adult website as well as industry happenings.” The show, hosted by Friedman, plans to broadcast new episodes every Wednesday. So far, the podcast has featured interviews with Anthony Rivera from AJ Studios and the LAL Expo and Joey Gabra of New Media Services.
