JACKSONVILLE, FL – You’ve heard the term “master thief;”last weekend in Florida, an adult business in Jacksonville may have fallen victim to a “mastur thief.”John Carter, who owns the Diet Alert Center in Jacksonville, told Jacksonville Sheriff’s officers that someone broke into his store between Sunday afternoon and Monday morning, making off with more than $3,000 worth of sex toys and around 400 adult DVDs.
According to FirstCoastNews.com, the police report states that, in addition to the sex toys and DVDs, the porn pilferers also snatched several boxes of glass beakers from the store.
Carter said that all the stolen merchandise was taken from the rear of the business, and not from the front display area where Carter says the alarm system is triggered by a motion sensor.
