legality of tube sites. |

Hello. i am making a tube site and i plan on getting permission from all sites that i put their videos up. Am i still required to have all the information for the 2257 etc. Or if questions arise i can just have them ask the people who gave me (the owners). I'm sort of new to all of this so any help would be greatly appreciated

straws are tubes. Pipes are also a form of tube. Really big tubes are sewers cause a lot of shit flows through them.
What size tube does a site need to flow down the sewer along with the other shit?

You're a funny guy-really!
in theory you could have a tube site that is legal-it would be just a different skin of a tgp where you post affiliates that only have vids...
This would make you:
A) a primary producer
B) a secondary producer
C) secretary that takes notes so you know where to send "them" when they have questions
D) several steps before you can call yourself "new to all of this"
E) in need of a large enough tube for you to fit down when it's flushed!
Hint-the answer is NOT "A"
If you can't be bothered with even trying to look up 2257 rules why should anyone here be bothered with helping you? You will find here a lot of great people that will put a lot of effort into helping you. But if you're not going to make the slightest effort to help yourself-that is not a secret to success as a business person.
Do you think it's fair of you to ask others for their time? Come on-make an effort-show some initiative

Asking for specific legal advise on a board is a risky idea. Take any answers not from a licensed attorney tongue n' cheek and without any firm case law from actual trials based upon the violation of these statutes -- even attorneys are speculating on how a trial court might rule.
Personally at this point I think the best you could get is an opinion.
