Help with A-B-C hardlinking |
 |
 |
Hi,
I have doubts about how to apply A-B-C hardlinking:
Lets put an example:
I have a site A who wants to trade with site B using A-B-C hardlinking. In the form of B I enter:
Trade URL: A (My site)
Recip URL: C (Another site)
Doubts:
C should be also a site I own or could be any other site ?
I assume I don't have to do also a direct trading between A and C as this trade is accomplished through B, is this correct ?
The idea of A-B-C hardlinking is to be able to have many links in your site without loosing your PR, right ?
Hope somebody can clarify my doubts.
Thanks and best regards,
DDF

Correct me if I'm wrong, but what you're trying to accomplish is trading traffic without getting penalized by Google for recip links? In other words, you're trying to build one-way links?
The only potential flaw I see is if Google knows sites A and C are owned by the same person/entity... and sadly, there are ways to possibly find that out. I don't know if they use anything that sophisticated in terms of their examination of recip links v. one-way links.
It's definitely a better approach than just a straight swap with A and B, but ... hard to tell if you'd get flagged or not.

Hi Connor,
Yes, this is what I am trying to accomplish. My idea would be to do it being C another site not owned by me.
Thanks for your reply.
