Had my lawyer check it out-- here is what he found:
"its pretty much bullshit really what they are doing is if you sign up with them for a processing account they lower your fees for billing until the funds you are owed are paid off. Processing fees are typically 10-14% so if they lower them to 5% you still will be waiting forever to get paid. I cannot imagine anyone who got burnt from ibill will open a new account with them even under these terms. It is very misleading what they have posted. They would have to lower there fees anyways to compete in this business from a start up company...."

So essentially what your lawyer is saying is that its a thinly veiled attempt at looking good AND getting your business again AND taking years and years in some cases to get their debt paid down per client.
And if they disappear again then what LOL...
