Yes, thats the game he always plays, blame everyone else. I remember over a year ago when I broke this story here many jumped on me and even dirty dickless came here and said he had something for my lawyers. I told him them to own up to it but he refused.
He's going to get so fucked its not even funny anymore. This shit is only state charges. The feds are coming as well for their charges and the IRS has been notified about potential cheating.
Sad thing is he will roll over on Shawn and Ryan to save his own ass. Funny he says he expects to be arrested when he returns yet what the fuck is he returning to? They took everything and they are going to lock him up and potentially hit him with RICO.

Wow, this guy is a piece of work. In his AVN interview, he said the shoot occurred in 2008 which it did not. If you look at the internet archive link it clearly shows her video was on his site as of December 24, 2007. Now how the fuck could her scenes be on his site in 2007 but the filming did not occur until 2008?
He just dug himself a major fucking hole.

Your statement about not challenging someones purpose is about the most asinine, ignorant comment I have ever heard.

My intent was not to create a drama thread (as we apparently have here) but to create a discussion of the recordkeeping document and ID provisions ...
The fact that there is no requirement to verify (or any way to verify) the correctness of any ID document;
1.) Strikes me as ludicrous (indeed, proving harassing intent)
2.) Just invites a recurrence of the Traci Lords' affair
3.) The accusations against Dirty D are of a conspiratorial nature ( not related to 1 or 2 above)
Obviously, if the use of forged documents was a wilful act -- it is a criminal one when the subject of sexually explicit images is a known minor ...

Don't worry about the drama rockslammer... sometimes shit happens, especially with how some people in this biz handle disputes.
Anyhoo... it'll be interesting to see how this pans out and how they would actually be able to PROVE the willful intent if it even existed.
There is a warrant out for Dirty D's arrest for if/when he arrives back in the U.S.

I can't believe I am the only one that remembers this shit?
The above asshole came on this board making these allegations and saying he was sending the so called letter to the authorities about the pedophile Dirty D. He then called everyone on this board a pedophile for not being outraged. He obviously had his own ulterior motives and personal agenda.
He got his nick banned for his absurd name calling. He came right back to posting with a new nick. The bullshit kept piling on till his new nick was pulled and the thread locked.
In reality it no longer actually matters much it DirtyD is found innocent. He has been totally fucked by the above asshole which was that guy's obvious intent.
At the end of the day it's a 1 to 3 she said/he said bullshit case which was used to open the door for a fishing trip. The boat has sailed and is sunk. How much gets salvaged later is almost irrelevant.
The truth of the matter is: IF all the facts as presented are true-and all 4 parties did know upfront that they were committing a crime-it's a victimless crime which is not equal to the punishment, and not within the original intent of the law.
The law does not say you must be an adult-it says you must be18 years of age. Yet it is a law to "protect children." 18 is an arbitrary number. A married woman with a baby who was seeking a career as an adult performer is not any reasonable person's definition of a child. If she was indeed 17 at the time of performing in an adult video and all the other parties involved had prior knowledge, a crime was committed, but who was the victim?
According to the Xbiz article all the property has been seized. More is yet to come. Is the crime equal to the punishment which has already occurred without a trial?
Perfect example of what I have said here time and again-don't open the door to being prosecuted-no one can afford the price of being found innocent!
Rock-this isn't at all about record keeping. This is about doing things the straight as an arrow way cause there is always someone waiting for their opportunity to fuck you. You must be vigilant about ALWAYS doing the right thing the right way. You can't put it off till tomorrow or take a shot just this once. It only takes one time...
