I like the amateurish feeling Always much more interesting than "professional" sites. I'm not sure one girl is enough, though... if you go that way, you must provide very frequent updates, and put emphasis on the frequency of updates and the live shows. No one cares about photos any more since TGPs took over the net...

Thanks Concept..We're definately concentrating on the video side of things..with lots of updates and interaction with Lana..
At the moment Lana is giving the members 2 Live Cam Shows per week..and Text Chatting every night..We're also updating with 2 videos and a Photo set weekly..
Obviously we'll have to wait a few months to gauge member retention..But so far the signs are good..One member even proposed

Wow - great work, I think that you've done an excellent job.
Out of curiosity, I was wondering if you promote as Asian model or if you went for a specific Asian niche to promote(Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Filipina) ( Lana looks Thai- am I right?)
It's just that I noticed that some people when promoting solo Asians do mention the nationality - for lovers of Asian women, the market seems to have quite a few doing this - Butterflybucks has done this..

Thanks for the feedback guys..Not really promoting as Asian just 'Solo Girl' I've just started my own CCBill Affiliate Program which has FHG's etc and I'm sort of leaving it up to the affiliates to choose what to promote me as.. www.lanadollars.com

Really nice. I like the video on the front page. Unlike many sites where you have to take the "tour" and are lucky if you see a trial video.
My only pet peeve is that the video seems to autoplay. I've always preferred to have it not autoplay. My reason is that what if someone that visits your site has their volume up a bit on their computer. As soon as they visit your site there will be "loud" moaning.
Not the best thing to happen for those that are wanting to keep their privacy when living with others. Personally I live by myself so it wouldn't matter. But I just have some sort of peeve about autoplaying media.

Thanks for the feedback..Yes it's our first site and we're on a steep learning curve:-) We didn't realise how much work has to go into the affiliate side of things..we do now
Just about to make changes to the index video and add a new tour..In between shooting scenes..Supplying affiliates and keeping members happy with Cam Shows etc !

Just my 2 cents.
But whenever I want real specific feedback from people I would go to forums that were concentric to that topic.
My heart's with big facials so I would go to facial related sites. PM tons of members with high post volumes for feedback and usually you'll get a lot of hits back.
Of course if you've got specific questions about how you should run your site and not about the content this is the right place it seems to ask questions.

I agree with "Shimmy" about the trailer video I'd rather have no sound than with annoying tv sounds in the background myself.
The price is over priced for the overall service compared to others in my opinion. Such as Bangbros: they charge $25 a month and has a very large library.
Another thing on the grahpic side is double check, triple check everything, make sure everything is smooth. As for this image - www.lanaleesworld.com , it need to be recut on the ends (in my opinion). The cut dont look all professional.
Another thing is in my opinion is I get turned off by her wearing the red lipstick, dont match her image I think. I like this one a lot - www.lanaleesworld.com

Re pricing Snakekilla: We're offering a slightly different product to say the likes of BangBros..Of course they blow us out of the water with quantity but the Solo Girl Fan is after a bit more than just videos..
I give my members the personal touch..I chat with them on messenger..I answer all their e-mails and requests and they get Free Web Cam Shows every week..And of course they get access to over 50 Videos and 40 Photo Sets with 2 New Updates each week as well
$30 dollars wouldn't even buy you an hour on the big Cam Networks..So I don't think it's over priced at all..

$30 is not overpriced. I charge $30 upfront, no trials or anything and people who want the content PAY for it. They will find a way to ramp up that 30 bucks to join an exclusive site they can't find nowhere else. I'm referring to my indian girls project btw... but yeah man my vids aren't all whored out on tubes, torrents, etc so that makes them more valuable. And my models are only on my site and nowhere else. So the exclusivity is worth it. Go get ur money lana...
And for those that say my shit is overpriced (critics and review sites do) they don't realize all the pain in the ass involved in filming content like this. After crossing borders, traveling to remote places to find unique girls, and damn near getting killed theres no way i'm gonna sell my work short for a $1 trial to keep the public happy. if anything i'm gonna raise my prices once i shoot more scenes
