I want to know what a good off the shelf solution would be to wire my house and charge people to see my girlfriend. I know there are other services that we can join but I want to explore doing this separately. Does anyone have any experience that we can learn from?
Any and all thoughts are def. appreciated, we are 2 college students that want to make some cash!

Hi Penguin,
There are many ways that you can do this. You could installed cheap IP cameras anywhere you want them, and then broadcast these images they produce directly to your website's members area.
For a little more, you could stream those cameras to a streaming server that you run yourself. The streaming server could be Windows Media based or Adobe Flash. Flash is better, but Windows is less expensive. Your hosting company may already offered hosting services on Windows.
Mojohost offers Wowza support for streaming in Flash.
Have you checked with your host to see what streaming services they offer?

I have a good hosting company so that is all set. I guess I am still confused as to what software to use to make it say a members site. Is there off the shelf scripts that are good to use for my multi room purposes with members?
Again, do not want to sign up on others' websites I want my own. Just not sure on scripts and set ups that ya'll have used before and recommend.
