Inhouse Programmer wanted for my Affiliate Program |

Hey guys,
So after searching for a reliable and good programmer and failing miserably, found this place and giving it a shot.
I am looking for an EXPERIENCED Programmer who knows how Adult Affiliate Programs work.
I am not looking for:
- affiliate frontend
- signup process
- personal data management
- link codes builder with campaign support
- tracking companies
- stats
- admin backend
- webmasters management
- application settings management
- email templates management
- settings for reselling affiliate programs
- stats collection for two affiliate programs on your choice
- tracking system with traffic distribution ability across current reselling programs
Some of them we probably don't even need...I need a reliable programmer who knows what she/he is doing, and would like to keep you to work with us for long term. Seems like people are quoting for high price b/c they keep mentioning NATs and like I said, we just want it to be simple, inhouse programming...nothing fancy!
