Porn and Paypal again ? |
 |
 |
I have heard rumors that Paypal has moved back into porn and I see Adam and Eve now accepts them.
The TOS also seems to have been changed?
Anyone heard anything about this.

Be still my heart. If this is true it would be huge. I love PayPal and the alternative (starts with an e) sucks.
Damn, you got me all excited for nothing.
"PayPal will process payments for the purchase and sale of certain sexually oriented physical goods but currently does not allow transactions for sexually oriented digital goods. PayPal also currently does not allow transactions for any sexually oriented physical or digital goods by non-U.S. residents."
AdamEve sell physical goods so I guess adult toy stores can use them again but member sites are still S.O.L.

PayPal can also suspend your account because they are idiots.
I have a paypal account that I don't use for adult period. Zip, natta, none, period! I have an adult merchant account that is used for all adult hard goods and digital goods.
A few weeks ago I received an email from paypal about my account suspension do to the use of paypal logos/referencing paypal on one of my adult sites and selling goods using paypal. They referenced the site URL. Funny thing was that it was my business web site that not only has no reference to paypal what so ever, but there is nothing for sale on the site at all. The site is only about who we are and what we do. And yes it was a real email from paypal and my account was suspended.
I emailed paypal and after three days with no response, I figure they know they fucked up big time and didn't know what to tell me, I came up with plan B.
I made a little sample video clip about the situation and emailed it to them with a note that I plan on producing a few minute infomercial that will be posted on youtube.
The same day I sent the video clip my account was back up on paypal. I have still yet to receive any email from them about this at all. I figure they don't want to put any thing in writing.

Yes this is true. . . but just like the illegal use Marijuana. . . it's almost legal. This new progress of PP is definitely a step in the right direction and it's only a matter of time . . . . they are heading back in our direction. baby steps are good. . . LOL
